MUUBS recommends oiling the stool before use. Choose a treatment suitable for its dark oiled finish and follow the manufacturer's product and assembly instructions. Dust with a soft cloth; wipe spills promptly and avoid soaking the timber or using abrasive cleaners. Do not stand on the stool, and do not exceed the stated 100 kg maximum weight.
