MUUBS Luna Black 60 Handmade Terracotta Vase - Textured Black, Ø35 × H60 cm

Dark Form, Tactile Surface

The MUUBS Luna Black 60 combines rounded shoulders, a short neck and a long taper in hand-crafted terracotta. Its black surface is richly textured, with irregular raised and recessed markings that become more apparent as the light changes. At 60 cm high, the vessel brings a measured sculptural presence to an indoor arrangement, with or without dried stems.

Why This Vase Is Different

• 60 cm height: Creates a substantial vertical accent without the scale of the larger Luna jars.
• Rounded shoulders: A generous upper body narrows towards the base.
• Textured black surface: Irregular detail gives depth to the dark finish.
• Hand-crafted terracotta: Individual making brings character to the vessel.
• Short defined neck: A restrained finishing detail above the curved shoulders.
• 8 cm inner opening: Suits a considered selection of dried stems rather than a broad bouquet.
• Standalone sculpture: Its silhouette remains engaging when displayed empty.
• Material contrast: Unlike a smooth black vase, Luna makes surface texture central to the composition.

Dimensions & Placement

Choose a stable, level position with space around the rounded body. Check furniture dimensions and load capacity before elevated placement, and protect delicate surfaces beneath the vase. Grouped photographs show other vessels for styling inspiration, not a set included with this listing.

The Moment It Enters Your Space

Against a pale wall, Luna's dark silhouette draws a clear line from its short neck to the tapered base. Side lighting brings out the texture, revealing detail that is less obvious from across the room.

Leave it empty for a quiet architectural composition, or introduce a few dried branches. Pair with a lower rounded vessel to vary the scale while keeping the overall arrangement restrained.

The Art of Textured Terracotta

Luna balances a defined silhouette with an irregular surface. The terracotta body provides the form; the black finish and raised markings add tactile and visual complexity. Handmade variations in texture and tone are part of the piece's character, so your vase may differ from the photographed examples.

How to Style It

• Living room: Position on the floor beside low furniture, away from busy walkways.
• Console display: Use on a sufficiently supported surface, with clear space around the shoulders.
• Dry botanical arrangement: Select a few dried stems to complement the narrow opening.
• Grouped objects: Pair with lower ceramics or another Luna size for contrasting proportions.

Care Instructions

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or soft brush for the textured surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners, soaking and impacts. Watertightness is not confirmed; use dried arrangements rather than filling directly with water or planting directly inside. Keep indoors, protect delicate surfaces and follow the manufacturer's supplied care guidance.
